Adolescents with cerebral palsy are particularly affected by the impact of the pandemic and health measures. These measures have a negative impact on children, which can lead to increased physical, behavioural, psychological and social consequences.
- Objective - To understand the immediate and long-term impact of COVID-19 among adolescents with cerebral palsy and their families.
Study design:
- Phase 1 - Online survey for adolescents and one for parents.
- Phase 2 - Semi-structured interview with parents and youth.
The results will better identify challenges and needs raised by adolescents with cerebral palsy and families in order to establish clinical recommendations.
Who can participate?
For this project, we are looking for children and teenagers living with cerebral palsy as well as their family.
